Olib

Olib is an island belonging to the North Dalmatian group of islands near Silba, Premuda and several smaller uninhabited islands. It lies between the island of Pag and Silba. Olib is a very indented island with numerous bays, and the shores are shallow and sandy, very suitable for yachtsmen and swimmers. The central part of the island Olib is narrowed. On the west side of the island is the only settlement on the island bearing the same name - Olib. On the east side, there is the bay and port of Slatinica with the most beautiful sandy beach on the island. Olib has been inhabited since ancient times, however, in the 20th century it was affected by a large wave of depopulation, so most of its inhabitants moved out in search of a better life. In Olib today lives only 150 permanent residents. Olib administratively belongs to the city of Zadar to with which it is connected by ferry and catamaran line. Apart from Zadar, it is also connected with Mali Lošinj. The inhabitants of Olib were mainly engaged in agriculture and fisheries, but cultivated area today is largely neglected and the rest of the inhabitants live largely from tourism. Drežnik Grad

Drežnik Grad is a small village in the county of Karlovac in Croatia. Administratively, it belongs to the municipality of Rakovica. It is located along the Korana river a few kilometers north of the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Jezera is a small tourist place in the southeast part of the island of Murter in Sibenik-Knin County, in Croatia. Administratively it belongs to the municipality Tisno and with almost 1,000 inhabitants, after Tisno, is the second-largest settlement in the municipality. Jezera is 28 km northwest of Šibenik and arrival is very easy because the island Murter is connected to the mainland by a drawbridge. Name Jezera comes from large ponds or lakes that are created during the rainy part of the year. Mud or lake, which was formed in ancient times in wetlands southwest of the town, for the most part, is drained due to malaria at the beginning of the 20th century. Located in the southeast part of the island of Murter in the bay naturally protected from strong winds, Jezera is settled all the way to bay Lovišća, which houses a tourist destination Jezera-Lovišća. Murter is by population the largest and most densely populated island of the Šibenik archipelago.
